I had some Ulta coupons so you know I had to do another haul this month! In total I saved $30, (yes, Ulta is amazing) I highly suggest joining Ulta’s emailing list as their coupons & deals are great.
DERMA E Radiant Glow Face Oil – $11.99 for 2.0 oz.
I’ve had this for a couple weeks and do like it. I love anything that makes my face glow, and I was afraid because oils can either work great for the skin or make them a greasy mess. I am impressed with this! Stay tuned for a full review on Derma E products!
DERMA E Scar Gel with Allantoin, Allicin and Panthenol – $14.00 for 2.0 oz.
I’ve also had this for a couple weeks, but I haven’t tried it long enough to write a review, but I do enjoy the texture and it blends into the skin effortlessly. The smell is not bad either.
ESSENCE I Love Strobing Highlighting Eyeshadow Base – $1.75 for 0.14 oz.
I love how this makes my eyeshadow stay in place but it doesn’t do a whole lot to keep my eyeshadow from creasing.. It also has a pretty color – it’s a pearly white, subtle color. I will use it as a base for my eyeshadow, but will continue to use a concealer to keep it from creasing, as my eyelids tend to crease a lot. 😦
ESSENCE Volume Stylist 18hr Lash Extension Mascara – $4.00 for 0.4 oz.
I’m nothing less than impressed with this mascara. It’s absolutely amazing; it works like a high end mascara, at a fraction of the cost. Definitely posting a full review on this because it deserves to be reviewed!
WET N WILD Megalast Liquid Catsuit Lipstick – $4.99 for 0.21 oz.
(Nudest Peach, Rebel Rose, Give Me Mocha, Video Vixen)
I have a lot to say about these liquid lips, as I’m 50/50 about liking them. I currently own six shades so I will be posting a full review with swatches.
MORPHE Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow Palette – $38 for 35 eye shadows
If you didn’t already know, Ulta will be selling Morphe products which is so exciting! I’ve been wanting to try this line for so long but hate paying shipping prices online. Ulta had a one day pre-sale with two palettes and two brushes available for their Platinum members.
Of course, I had to buy the Jaclyn Hill eyeshadow palette as I’ve been wanting to try it. If you’ve read or watched reviews, then I’m sure you know the palette is great quality. I didn’t expect less from the YouTube star Jaclyn Hill, as her name would have gone down in the dumps if she put out a poor quality product. She definitely nailed it with this one – the packaging, pigmentation of shadows, the way they blend. Not only that, but it’s a little over $1.00 for each eye shadow – Amazing! Look out for an in depth review of this palette on my blog coming soon.
MORPHE M441 Pro Firm Blending Crease Brush – $6
MORPHE M433 Pro Firm Blending Fluff Brush – $6
As previously stated, I’ve been wanting to try Morphe products; especially their brushes. Many YouTube stars use their brushes and I wanted to see myself if they were worth all the hype. They definitely do what they’re supposed to do which isn’t surprising as Jaclyn Hill, MannyMUA, and JeffreeStar (my favorite) use Morphe brushes.
I’m very impressed with this haul and have a lot of reviews to write! I’m glad I found so many affordable, amazing products. It really shows that you don’t need to spend $25 on a mascara, or $20 on a brush to get what you want. Drug store brands are really stepping it up lately & I’ve been more impressed with them than higher end. It just takes some searching and trying different products to find the right ones!
