My Favorite Affordable Make-Up Products

Hi all, I wanted to make a post about my favorite drug store make-up products that are way more affordable than any of the prestige brands. Truthfully, some of these products are better than the higher end products and cost way less money. Take advantage of Ulta coupons and deals to save more money.

Makeup Brushes

E.L.F Makeup Brushes ranges from $3 – $6

Morphe Brushes $2 – $15 – only purchase online

I love both brands for synthetic make-up brushes, super soft and makes it easy to blend.

E.L.F Cosmetics Flawless Finish Foundation $6

No. 7 Lift and Luminate Foundation $15 – Now I realize this isn’t the cheapest foundation, but it does wonders with medium coverage. Higher end foundations are $30 +, so with this price it isn’t too bad. I always say that foundation and creams are super important, and this foundation has SPF 15. If you do buy at Ulta, take advantage of their coupons, and buy one get one deals.

CC Cream

NYX Cosmetics Color Correcting Cream $14 – This is a great CC cream if you just want to color correct red spots, dark circles, etc. and it comes in a variety of color correcting colors. I usually use this when I’m on the go and want to wear minimal make-up. It’s really one of the best color correcting creams I’ve used.

Physicians Formula CC Cream with SPF 20 $15 – again this is not the cheapest but it’s good quality compared to higher end brands that are $30 +

2B Colors CC Cream $9

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer $6 – I like how this product has a built-in sponge, it makes it super easy to use. There are also a variety of colors to choose from.

NYX HD Concealer Wand

Wet N’ Wild Mega Glow Highlighting Powder $5 – Jeffree Star recently did a comparison video between this highlight and Givenchy’s $60 highlighter. He chose this one, and I don’t blame him! Just because something costs more, doesn’t mean it’s better than a cheaper alternative.

NYX Sweet Cheeks Blush Palette $20 – I like this palette a lot – click here for a review. There are eight pigmented blushes, with a variety of colors.

NYX Ombre Blush $6

Essence Satin Touch Blush $3

Essence The False Lashes Mascara Extreme Volume & Curl $5

Sephora Collection 12 Hour Water Proof Eyeliner $12 – I’ve been using this eyeliner for years and I love it.

Essence Smoky Eye Pencil $3

Makeup Revolution New-Trals Vs. Neutrals Palette $12 – When it comes to eye shadow, it’s hard to find a drug store brand that doesn’t sell chalky, hard to blend eyeshadow. The Makeup Revolution palettes are good quality, easy to blend, and super affordable.

Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 Redemption Palette $7 – Check out Ulta’s deals on Makeup Revolution products, usually there is a buy one get one half off, buy two get one free, etc. I was able to get this palette for $3, and it’s a 10/10 for me. I highly suggest any of Makeup Revolution eye shadows.

BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel $14.50 – YouTuber Carli Bybel did a collab with BH Cosmetics and it turned out great and has been a huge hit. I love the colors in this palette, perfect for Spring/Summer. Considering there are 14 high quality eye shadows, it’s a great price.

Colour Pop $3 – $5 – If you are a frequent reader of my blog, Colour Pop is one of my favorite affordable brands. The variety of colors are beautiful, my favorites are Eye Candy, Sequin, and Desert. Their eye shadows are amazing, and right now they are having a sale; buy 3 for $10!

NYX Professional Makeup Soft Matte Lip Cream $6

Essence Sheer and Shine Lipstick $3

Colour Pop Ultra Matte Lip $6 (super long lasting, one of my favs)

If you have any other suggestions for me, let me know! I’m always willing to try new things.
